FAQ
Do we need a dedicated researcher?
No. The exercises assume PMs and designers share notes; optional research snippets are provided as readings only.
What is not included?
We do not run moderated usability studies or recruit external participants. You bring your own product access.
Can we use internal tools instead of Figma?
Yes. Any vector or whiteboard tool works if it supports frames and comments.
