1. Eligibility
Individual learners and organizations purchasing seats may request refunds as described here. Custom enterprise statements of work are not covered by this consumer-style policy unless explicitly attached to your order.
2. Contact
Email [email protected] with your order reference, cohort name, and reason for the request. We respond within five business days with next steps.
3. Exceptions
No refund is available after you have accessed more than thirty percent of downloadable cohort materials or attended more than two live sessions, whichever occurs first. Administrative fees disclosed at checkout may be non-refundable.
4. Process
Approved refunds are initiated to the original payment method where possible. If reversal is not supported, we arrange an alternative traceable method. Partial refunds may apply when only some seats are canceled.
5. Timeframe
You may cancel for a full refund within fourteen days of purchase if the cohort has not started. After the cohort start date, refunds follow the exceptions section.
6. Scope
This policy applies to training fees listed on ravoleg.digital. Third-party tools you subscribe to separately are governed by those vendors’ policies.
7. Korean consumer context
Where the Act on the Consumer Protection in Electronic Commerce applies, you retain statutory rights that are not reduced by this policy. If any clause conflicts with mandatory law, the mandatory rule prevails.
8. Cohort transfers
Instead of a refund, you may request a one-time transfer to another cohort start date if capacity exists. Transfers must be requested at least seven days before your original start date.
9. Team enrollments
Organizations may replace named participants before the second live session without additional fees. Removing seats entirely is treated as a partial cancellation subject to the same windows as individual seats.
10. Processing time
Approved refunds typically post within ten business days depending on your payment provider. We are not responsible for delays caused by processors.
11. Chargebacks
Please contact us before initiating a chargeback so we can reconcile records. Friendly resolution is faster for everyone.
12. Policy updates
We may adjust this Refund & Cancellation page to match new product packaging. The last updated date reflects revisions; purchases are governed by the policy version in effect at checkout.
