Programs
How are cohorts scheduled across time zones?
Live blocks rotate between APAC-friendly and US-west-friendly anchors each month. Async assignments always ship with written briefs so no one depends on a single meeting.
Can we substitute participants mid-cohort?
Yes, until the second live session. After that, swaps require learner success approval to keep mentor notes coherent.
What is explicitly out of scope?
We do not staff moderated external studies, write procurement contracts, or implement production code. We teach the rituals around those edges.
Operations
How do you handle confidential product data?
Use anonymized exports where possible. If you must share live screens, run them inside your VPN and blur customer identifiers before upload.
Do you integrate with our LMS?
Not by default. We export PDFs and markdown packs you can paste into Confluence, Notion, or your LMS manually.
What tooling must teams license?
Figma or an equivalent editor, plus your normal conferencing stack. We avoid niche plugins that require separate procurement.
Commercial
Is pricing negotiable for nonprofits?
Sometimes. Email [email protected] with mission proof and seat counts; we respond with a scoped proposal or a polite decline.
Why is there no checkout button?
We confirm scope on a call so teams do not buy the wrong tier. Prices on the site are informational until a written order confirms.
Can we invoice in USD?
Primary quotes are in KRW for Korean accounting. USD may be available for selected offshore teams—ask during scheduling.
Do you offer private cohorts?
Yes, above twelve seats we schedule a private run with adjusted mentor ratios. Expect a longer lead time for staffing.
